OFIN HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION COMMENCES 45TH ANNIVERSARY WITH JUMAAT SERVICES

The Ofin High School Alumni Association has officially flagged off activities marking the 45th Anniversary of the institution with a special Jumaat Service held today at the Sagamu Central Mosque, Sagamu.

The service, attended by alumni members, friends of the school, and well-wishers, was dedicated to offering prayers of thanksgiving to Almighty Allah and seeking His continued blessings on the school, its students, staff, and the entire alumni body.

Speaking at the event, the President of the Alumni Association, Aderemi Adesoji Bakare, noted the significance of beginning the anniversary with prayers, saying:

“It is only right that we return all glory to Almighty Allah as we celebrate 45 years of Ofin High School. This school has not only nurtured thousands of students academically but has also shaped destinies and built leaders across different walks of life. Starting with prayers is our way of showing gratitude and asking for divine guidance as we journey into the next phase of our great alma mater.”

The Jumaat service marks the first in a lineup of activities planned to celebrate the remarkable journey of Ofin High School since its establishment, highlighting its contributions to education, character-building, and community development over the past four and a half decades.Further events are scheduled in the coming days as the alumni, students, and stakeholders unite to honor the school’s rich legacy and chart a path for future progress.
